Agathos hosts its first AI Roundtable

Agathos welcomed leaders from across the businesses we partner with for our first AI Roundtable – an open, practical discussion on how artificial intelligence is transforming the way businesses operate and grow.

The morning opened with Harry Vazanias and Zeb Ali Khan of Enfuse Group, who shared an insightful session on emerging trends, case studies and what’s shaping the future of AI adoption.

In a session chaired by Agathos, the discussion then turned to operational efficiency, managing change, revenue-generating use cases, and governance and oversight. Three clear themes emerged:
• strategy first – define business goals before layering in AI;
• stay nimble – AI is evolving fast, and everyone is learning; and
• empower teams – train, encourage and build confidence.

These conversations create momentum and drive collective progress across the businesses we back – and it was encouraging to see so many already well underway on this journey.
