Lucy joined Agathos in 2026 as an Investment Associate, where she is responsible for evaluating and executing new investment opportunities.

Lucy was drawn to Agathos by the opportunity to work closely with ambitious management teams and to help drive their growth.

Prior to joining Agathos, Lucy was a Senior Associate at Alvarez & Marsal in their London Corporate Finance team, where she advised private equity-backed and privately owned businesses on merger and acquisition transactions in the Business Services sector.

Before Alvarez & Marsal, Lucy was an Executive in KPMG’s Mergers & Acquisitions team in Sydney, Australia, advising on and executing transactions for businesses across a wide range of industries.

Lucy holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting, from the University of Adelaide.

Outside of work, Lucy enjoys exploring London’s parks and green spaces, and acting as an unofficial tour guide for any Australians passing through the city.
