Vacgen develops specialist manipulator

Vacgen has concluded the development phase of a specialist manipulator for a customer in the semiconductor industry supply chain.

Vacgen’s engineering projects are segmented into three phases – concept, design and manufacture. Following concept, the design phase took 18 months of working closely with the customer to produce the first prototype product.

These manipulators are highly complex, large devices that are now fully designed and ready to enter full production, with the first production unit order in August
