Agathos supports Lexxic to acquire Do-IT Solutions

We are pleased to announce that following our recent investment into Lexxic – a leading specialist in workplace neurodiversity assessment, training and accreditation services – the business has acquired Do-IT Solutions, a leading tech-led provider of neurodiversity and wellbeing screening assessments.

This acquisition represents a transformative step in the development of the Lexxic Group, integrating market-leading digital solutions into Lexxic’s core service offerings. Together, the businesses create an enhanced end-to-end neurodiversity provider underpinned by research and data – a unified approach to neuroinclusion designed to meet the evolving needs of individuals and organisations.

This landmark partnership unites Lexxic’s established clinical and consultancy expertise with Do-IT Solutions’ innovative tech-led approach, enabling seamless support across the neurodiversity journey – from fast, accessible digital screening to personalised assessments, tailored training for individuals and consultancy and accreditation for corporates and public organisations.

Professor Amanda Kirby, Founder of Do-IT Solutions, commented, “By merging more than 30 years of expertise and dedication in the field of neurodiversity, we’re not just unlocking potential – we’re expanding it. Our collaboration will empower individuals and organisations, helping them harness the power of diverse talents in ways that were previously unimaginable. The combined impact of Lexxic and Do-IT together provides real opportunity for end-to-end delivery with two partners who value excellence and have a proven track record in the world of neurodiversity.”

“This acquisition establishes us as a global partner of choice for neurodiversity solutions,” said Kate Goodanew, CEO of Lexxic. “By combining the expertise and innovative approaches of both companies, we’re setting new standards for workplace inclusion. Together, we’re enabling organisations to better support neurodiverse individuals, creating truly inclusive, productive environments.”

James Bakewell and Chanelle Jones from Agathos led the acquisition. James Bakewell commented, “We are delighted to welcome the Do-IT team into the Lexxic business. This is a partnership that we identified over 18 months ago and are delighted to have reached this pivotal point, bringing these leading businesses together to accelerate the group’s end-to-end proposition and provide corporates with a top-quality, tech-led services solution developed with defined client needs at the heart of it.”
