Agathos Announces Promotion of Claudia Kingham

Agathos is pleased to announce the promotion of Claudia Kingham to Investment Associate.

Claudia joined Agathos in early 2024 and has made a strong contribution across the investment team. She has been closely involved in the appraisal of new opportunities and the execution of transactions, supporting the successful completions of Lexxic, Do-IT Solutions and Enfuse Group. Whilst Claudia works across all of our sectors, she has a particular focus on IT Services.

Claudia is also an active member of the Agathos AI Committee, helping to drive the adoption of AI across the firm and its portfolio. Most recently, she helped deliver the Agathos AI Roundtable in July 2026, which brought portfolio companies and advisors together to share practical lessons on AI adoption, governance and value creation.
