Lucy Codling joins Agathos

We are delighted to announce that Lucy Codling has joined Agathos as an Investment Associate.

Lucy is responsible for evaluating and executing new investment opportunities, working alongside the wider investment team and the ambitious management teams we partner with.

Prior to joining Agathos, Lucy was a Senior Associate at Alvarez & Marsal in their London Corporate Finance team, where she advised private equity-backed and privately owned businesses on merger and acquisition transactions in the business services sector. Before Alvarez & Marsal, Lucy was an Executive in KPMG’s Mergers & Acquisitions team in Sydney, Australia, advising on and executing transactions across a wide range of industries.

Lucy holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting, from the University of Adelaide.
