Agathos-backed Plowman Craven acquires Gwalia Surveyors
Plowman Craven has acquired Gwalia Surveyors, a well-established surveying practice with a strong presence across Wales and the South West of England.
Founded in 1982 and latterly led by Llŷr Lane, Gwalia has built a reputation over more than four decades for technical quality and trusted client relationships, contributing to projects including BBC Broadcasting House, the Principality Stadium in Cardiff and Cardiff Central Square. The business will operate as Gwalia Surveyors, part of Plowman Craven.
The acquisition strengthens Plowman Craven’s geographic reach and gives clients access to a broader range of surveying, geospatial and digital expertise.
Agathos invested in Plowman Craven in April 2024 through its second fund.
