Agathos backs management buy-out of Lexxic
Agathos is delighted to announce the completion of a majority investment into Lexxic, a market leading neurodiversity assessment services and accreditation provider.
Lexxic is a UK based leading provider of neurodiversity services to organisations. Lexxic partners with medium and enterprise customers to create Neurodiversity Smart™ workplaces and deliver psychological support services to neurodivergent talent within corporate environments. With a team of over 100 people (including >50 in-house psychologists), the business incorporates individual assessments, e-learning and consulting services, all wrapped within its industry-leading Neurodiversity Smart™ accreditation scheme.
Agathos has backed the existing management team, led by Kate Goodanew (CEO), to accelerate growth through the expansion of existing and new services. Significant market demand for Lexxic’s services will be met through continued focus on the delivery of high-quality psychology-led services. Agathos’s investment will support the development of technology to enhance Lexxic’s proposition to clients and embed its services into client organisations, whilst expanding geographic reach and impact. James Bakewell, Chanelle Jones and John Butterworth led the transaction from Agathos, with James and Chanelle joining the Lexxic Board.
