Vacgen pre-launches new Triax manipulator product at DPG meeting in Germany

Vacgen have announced the launch of a new XYZ Manipulator: The Triax. This is a large clear bore manipulator engineered to precision with single bellows and a compact envelope allowing ease of integration into Ultra-High Vacuum systems. The Triax multi-axes sample manipulator is used for positioning the sample under ultra-high vacuum conditions. The XYZ manipulator when combined with a sample holder and rotary drive allows precise positioning of the sample within the chamber.
