Kiriana joined Agathos in 2023 and focuses on thematic and company-level research across the firm’s core sectors, working with the investment team and portfolio businesses to shape market perspectives and identify M&A opportunities.

This involves conducting structured market mapping and industry analysis to build clear, detailed views of sector dynamics across Agathos’s areas of interest. This work supports targeted origination and M&A, from identifying partners and bolt-on opportunities to providing wider research input into areas of potential investment interest.

Prior to Agathos, Kiriana worked as a market intelligence associate at eg.1, delivering market research projects focussed on forensics, financial crime, deals/M&A and transactions, to clients across the UK, Europe and Southeast Asia. In 2018, Kiriana graduated from UCL with a degree in ancient languages, specialising in Egyptian Hieroglyphics, Old Babylonian and Assyrian.
