Office Manager, then Executive Assistant to William de Laszlo, 2015–2026

Sinead was a much-loved member of the Agathos team for over a decade. She joined the team in 2015 and became Executive Assistant to our Founding Partner, William de Laszlo, in 2019, supporting the firm through the whole of its journey — from Fund I through to Fund III.

Having graduated in Human Biosciences from the University of Exeter and trained as a nutritionist, Sinead brought to Agathos not just exceptional organisational skill but a natural instinct for looking after the people around her. She kept diaries, events and the day-to-day life of the firm running seamlessly, and quietly made sure everyone around her was okay — that was simply who she was.

Sinead passed away peacefully on 24th July 2026, surrounded by her fiancé and family, just weeks after being diagnosed with stomach cancer. She brought warmth, kindness and humour to every single day, and she is greatly missed by all of us.
